Refund and Return Policy
By completing a purchase, the buyer hereby agrees to abide by the following terms
and conditions:
- A mandatory opening video must be provided for any claims pertaining to the order. The video must be recorded continuously, without any cuts or
pauses, and should commence before the parcel is opened. - Any claim or request for a refund must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery. Claims or refund requests made beyond this timeframe will not
be accepted. - Divaza home & lifestyle relies on third-party aggregators for shipping services.
- Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing your order depending on the quantity purchased. Bhilwara deliveries are done within 24hrs (provided its not a customised piece).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Most major cities receive their orders in 4-6 working days. All other orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of
all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
